2012 Statewide Conference
JOIN US IN FAYETTEVILLE!
Each year, NCAVA hosts the Statewide Conference on Volunteerism. This professional development event is full of leading-edge workshops and resources, great networking opportunities, and just plain fun. The NCAVA Conference is held in the late spring to early summer and rotates its location through the state to engage the widest participation possible from North Carolina's diverse group of volunteer managers.
NCAVA is excited to announce the 2012 State Conference on Volunteerism is scheduled for May 16-18, in Fayetteville, NC! Few places in America have played such a formative role in our country's most defining moments as Fayetteville. From its original settlement in 1739 by Scottish immigrants through the deployment of troops around the world today, it is here the very seeds of American freedom, democracy and patriotism were planted and continue to grow. So mark your calendars and plan to join us in historic Fayetteville in 2012! Online registration will be available starting February 1.
If you have a presentation you’d like to offer, please fill out the 2012 Request for Proposal and return by January 31. Let other potential presenters know ... we’re trying to add some different “flavor” this year, so be creative!
