Let’s Get Certified: This workshop will asssit volunteer managers with the certification package using a small group strategy to go over each section with hands on application. Presenter, Donna Ebron, has been training since 1991. She has done numerous training and workshops for the NCAVA and currently holds the position of state certification committee chair.
