A Note from the President-Elect on Being the Affiliate Liaison

Hello, NCAVA members! I'm excited to take on the role of President-Elect this year and learn how NCAVA can better support you, our members and local affiliate organizations*, as we navigate the ever-changing world of volunteer management.

A big part of my role this year will be as the Affiliate Liaison between NCAVA and our Affiliates. To that end, I've composed a survey for the leaders of those Affiliates. If that's you, please take a few minutes to complete the survey at this link: https://forms.gle/5aaVBcS9h6q1MkmD6 Once I've received your feedback, I will reach out to set up a time when we can meet over Zoom and get to know each other better. I intend to offer each of our Affiliate partners an increased level of support and collaboration with NCAVA.

Although we missed the chance to meet one another at Conference this year, we'll have more opportunities to connect through the professional development and networking opportunities that NCAVA plans to offer in the months to come. Whether you have feedback about how NCAVA can better support you in your career, or how we can add value to your membership, know that you can always reach out to me. I'm here for you!

 My Best,
Kristina
